NUTRICON’s active creativity has resulted in a new upgraded generation of products: solid microgranulated, liquid foliar fertilisers, and special processing agents (additives and adjuvants). The basic component of each product in the micramine® and element® range is a special compound: a systemic resistance inducer and a biosynthetic process stimulator called ELICITORTM. This compound is the intellectual property of NUTRICON and has been registered with the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic (certificate here).
ELICITORTM
ELICITORTM is a reactive blend of phenolic carboxylic acids and a natural biopolymer that is designed to increase the yield of your crops. This patented technology protects plants from pathogens even before symptoms appear and has been proven to increase plants’ utilisation of foliar-applied nutrients. ELICITORTM reduces the surface tension of the spray liquid to improve the penetration of the nutrients contained in the fertiliser, protecting plants from drought, salinity, toxicity caused by heavy metals, and temperature shocks. ELICITORTM helps foliar nutrition to mobilise in the crop tissue, mainly by protecting important metabolic processes. There are multiple levels to the stimulation system. The support of amylases and the efficient formation of root hairs also helps to prevent water deficit.
